The Region 20 Summit
will be jointly hosted by the U.S.S. Caroline and U.S.S. Alba
at the Delta by Marriott Hotel in Edinburgh
from Friday May 16th to Sunday May 18th 2025
The Regional Summit is a gathering for all members of STARFLEET International to meet and socialise. This will be our first in-person summit since 2019, and we look forward to welcoming you all to Edinburgh!

A deposit will secure your space, and you can pay in instalments in a way that suits your budget. Payment in full is required by the date shown above. Deposits are non-refundable due to the nature of the booking process. All attendees will receive a goodie bag, summit t-shirts are also available for an extra £10, payable in advance and will be delivered to you at the summit!
